Scullywag Posted February 18, 2012 Report Share Posted February 18, 2012 Hi everyone,Thought I better introduce myself here. It was recommended I have a gander by a mate (m00se). At the moment I'm in major need of losing weight due to a medical condition, this mainly being Benign Intracranial Hypertension. Basically my neurologist has said I'm not a typical case since I'm not massively overweight etc but that losing weight will hopefully help the symptoms. I also suffer with depression but I'm hoping that doing exercise and losing the pounds will help that out a lot. Unfortunately, I do like my food but I am cutting back on a lot, eating more protein and cutting back on carbs, trying to get back to the gym etc etc. Anyway, hoping to find some useful tips here and connect with people in the same kind of situation I'll see you around the forums!Scully Quote Link to comment
