Sohbek Posted May 31, 2016 Report Share Posted May 31, 2016 So I am doing an 8 week transformation at my crossfit gym . (I've never liked the word box lol) I just finished week 4 and I lost 13 lbs. My body fat percentage went down and size of my calves, thighs and biceps went up an inch (odd). Things are looking up and I had to share. Thanks, Scott 2 Quote Link to comment
