Well, I passed my Level 1 Crossfit Trainer certification last weekend and i got ONE kipping pull up.WOOOOOOOOT. nightlight Posted March 1, 2012 Author Report Share Posted March 1, 2012 thanks all! @gugi9000 you don't have to do all of the movements rx'd to take the certification class. but you have to participate 100%. the beauty of crossfit is it's infinitely scale-able. Also, getting the certificate to be a trainer doesn't mean i'm a GOOD trainer. i'm going to coach at my affiliate and learn how to be a good trainer first!
