aleg75
G'day allThanks to finding Nerd Fitness I learned about the paleo diet. I did lots of reading from peoples success stories and read the primal blue print. 1 Month on I have lost 17 Pounds (8 kilos) and I am feeling fantastic! a definite w00t for me! During the first month I had one dinner which was not paleo and each day I allow 90mm of milk for three coffees, Apart from that I have enjoyed the change and I won’t be going back...I hope to be posting again next month with even more... Quote Link to comment

aleg75
Thanks for all the great comments! very motivating... I forgot to add that I was being very mindful about how many grams of carbs I ate and kept it under 100g per day to ensure I was loosing weight the whole time. I am enjoying this journey and looking forward to next month's photo.CheersAsh Quote Link to comment

And it's nice to know that you can effectively keep a little bit of dairy and such in the diet and make it work.
