Sohbek Posted July 11, 2016 Report Share Posted July 11, 2016 Good Morning! I was doing quite good. I was eating mostly Paleo and Crossfitting 4x a week. It was a struggle but i was getting it done. Sadly I fell off the diet wagon and started eating my feelings and eating out a ton. I've still been working out but I know that we can't outrun our fork. It's tough to beat an addiction, but you can try to find a substitute for it. Also drink lots of water. It helps fight cravings.
