The Nefarious Diet Respawn

Good Morning!

 

I was doing quite good. I was eating mostly Paleo and Crossfitting 4x a week. It was a struggle but i was getting it done. 

 

Sadly I fell off the diet wagon and started eating my feelings and eating out a ton. I've still been working out but I know that we can't outrun our fork.

 

It is just so very difficult to give up those things that make me happy. I have a wedding in October so I have to make it happen.

Also drink lots of water. It helps fight cravings.

 

Yeah French Fries are my Kryptonite. I could eat them with every meal. haha I however will not.
