babycakes1970 Posted February 28, 2012 Report Share Posted February 28, 2012 I did all three circuits for the second time last night and I am not nearly as sore as I was after the first workout. I fell on my bum while attempting to do a squat without a chair for balance.I am going for Tuesdays and Thursdays during the week and either Saturday or Sunday for a weekend workout.
