32 kg DB KB Clean and Press 2x3

32 kg DB KB Squats 2x3

32 kg DB KB Rows 2x3

32 kg KB Swings 2x20,10

32 kg DB KB Floor Press 2x10

 

Wrist Roller 5 lb Up/Down until failure 

 

Heavy stretching

Easing back into it after being sick. My energy still so low.

 

I am dealing with carpal tunnel now, so fixing to have to surgery. Trying some pull ups and push ups before I have to take time off after surgery couple week. I guess every workout will be lower body. ? 

 

Pull Ups 2x2

Push Ups 2x10

Squats 2x10

Planks 2x30 sec
