Good morning everyone :) I found this site a couple of days ago and I thought "Why not?". The support here seems really awesome. I've been on and off the health kick roller coaster for several years now and frankly I'm very tired of it. I'm 28, live in the south, and suffer from anxiety/depression. I know if nothing else, I need to get my health under control to help ease the symptoms of these things.

Right now I'm working on a Paleo diet. I'm not sure how to start with strength training. I've always been a cardio fanatic. But yeah, that's a little of me! Hope to get to know people really soon :) God bless

Welcome! If you check out the NF blog, under resources, there are some good strength workouts. Another good site is startbodyweight.com
