I'm going through a new chapter in my life in a new place. (yay law school!) I want to do it right this time since I now have a goal that I want to shoot for. This time around I want to try going to the gym and I will be starting with Stronglifts. I had started it during the summer but I let work and preparing for school get in the way. I want to meet some people who can keep me accountable and get some supportive friends. (always need those right?) This time, I think it is going to go better. Wish me luck! 1 Quote Link to comment

It's always a constant battle between the two for me. I sometimes download lectures onto my iPod and listen to them when I do cardio (especially running). Its the lesser of two evils, listening and focusing on recordings over watching the time on the treadmill Quote Link to comment

I think it increases your visibility and nerd input over on the challenge forums. or try the NF darebee daily dare pvp. it's ongoing and there's a good support network with those folks.
