Kareesh
So....yeah....hello. *waves* This year has been tough. Which, of course, means that fitness has been pushed to the back burner. I really need to lose this weight and get healthy. For various reasons. Not sure how I'm going to go about doing this, but I need to. I'll probably go and dig up my daily battle log again to put more details. So...yeah. Ecouragement and all that are appreciated. mom2sjm
Try keeping a food log. It doesn't have to be fancy, just paper pencil Write down everything you eat/drink. Be super honest. When you review it you'll start to notice things - like food or drinks that caused you to eat/drink more, times of day when you felt really snacky, patterns that can help you make better choices. Weighing/measuring your portions can help too. Try not to drink your calories. Food more than exercise is going to be your key to success here. And keep checking in. Accountability is a good thing. I've had issues with food logs in the party. I don't know why. I think it's because I like to be relaxed with food or something. I am going to be starting Weight Watchers come Monday, so we shall see. Started up a battle log, so here we go. Thanks for the encouragement!
