Left some weight in Brazil

10 days in Brazil, working 10-14 hours a day, modified Paleo diet and only 2 meals most days...7# lost!!

Warriors don't count reps and sets. They count tons.

No time for recreation. I did a half hearted effort at body weight stuff in the hotel room.

Arashi: two meals a day, lots of fruits and not much bread. Just wish I had skipped the Hagen Daas ice cream as well...

Dude, you bought Hagen Daas here? It's expensive as hell. Anyway, I hope you had enjoyed at least some of the local food (though some Brazilian food can be a bit heavy for those who are not used to it...) The summer fruits are amazing, though, so I'm glad you had lots of it.
