MintyFresh
Way to go! Working that much sounds pretty intense! How do you modify the paleo diet? I'm still trying to come up with a version that works for me... Quote MintyFreshMonk of the Muay Thai variety Here's my current challenge! Link to comment

I did a half hearted effort at body weight stuff in the hotel room.Arashi: two meals a day, lots of fruits and not much bread. Just wish I had skipped the Hagen Daas ice cream as well... Arashi
Dude, you bought Hagen Daas here? It's expensive as hell. Anyway, I hope you had enjoyed at least some of the local food (though some Brazilian food can be a bit heavy for those who are not used to it...) The summer fruits are amazing, though, so I'm glad you had lots of it. Quote Link to comment
Corbab
Nice! I always gain a few when I go away ("appreciating the local culture") so I'm super impressed.
