Tried to test my 1RM for BP and DL but failed horribly. For some reasone I could barely get my previous 1rm for bp and couldn't even lift my previous 1rm for DL off the ground. I tried multiple times but it just wasn't happening. I am going to stay with my previous 1rm numbers for this month.

 

So in short:(in pounds)

DL    365

SQ    305

OHP 140
