She-Ra81
I've been a liker of Nerd Fitness on Facebook for ages, the articles make me laugh so much and really put such an awesome spin on the whole thing. I've lost 2+ stone over the past year and now I want to build lean muscle mass and lower my body fat %. I'm also a member of my fitness pal and am training to be a personal trainer. I would love to meet some of you guys and build up a little support network. Is anyone out there from North East England, it would be great to hear from you too Quote Link to comment

She-Ra81
Sorry I've been net less for a little while. My BF is about 21% right now but I would like to drop it to at least 18%. My plan is to do this by lifting heavy 2-3 times a week. Its a bit of a struggle at the minute to fit my workouts in around learning workouts Quote Link to comment

Make sure to keep us up to date on the personal trainer business -- I'm considering it some time in the future.
