I've been off of the forums since September and have not been doing well. I've hardly been training, my diets been horrid, I've been in one of the worst periods of depression in my life, and I lost my job last month. I have been doing basically nothing right for the past few months and that has to change. I figure getting back on here and getting some accountability is a good start. So I'm going to set a challenge for the next cycle, start eating somewhat healthy, and just try to get my life sorted out.
