Challenge w00t week

I have had the most awesome week in this six week challenge.

First time ever, I deadlifted more than my bodyweight 1 x 5 @ 100kg (10kg more than bodyweight). Making really good progress toward the target of 1.5 times bodyweight.

Also succeeded in one of my other objectives - 10 consecutive pull-ups. Did them this morning.

My final cherry on the cake (ok sorry, not very Paleo that) was when I stepped on the scale this morning and it said 90kg. Target weight is 85-87kg and I have lost 4kg since January.

Feeling fantastic right now - I hope it keeps going this well. If so, I should reach all my challenge goals.
