Body weight circuit woot!

Last week I started doing the basic body weight circuit routine. At first, I could only do two circuits before being completely wiped out. Today, I took a little bit more time between circuits, and was able to do three whole circuits! I even improved on my # of reps over last week. Woot!

Nice! I was doing the body weight circuit last week (bought the Rebel Fitness Guide and am working from it now) and it's a workout if you push yourself through it.

Now all you have to do is time your workout and see if you can shave total time off while still increasing on your reps (sounds counter-intuitive...but it'll happen if you stick with it.)
