Grendelsfork
New to deadlifts and I know I need to work on my leg strength. After warming up 135 lbs worked my way up to 175 lbs for a 10 rep set...Amazed even myself I know a lot of you lift more ( and I am in awe of it ) but a personal best for me and now no one can stop me from climbing higher!!!!
