I have been using an adjustable hand gripper, as well as using rubber bands to strengthen the extensor muscles. I also do steel bending, which really gives you a beast of a grip workout. WhiteGhost Posted May 8, 2017 Report Share Posted May 8, 2017 I don't have a dedicated routine, but I keep a set of 150lb grippers at my desk in the office and try to do at least 2x10/hand each day. I have seen those steel bending things, but the advertisements always position them as chest workouts. Never thought about using them for grip...
