Hi. I'm 14 years old and I don't like my body. So instead of starving myself and spending countless hours on a treadmill, I've decided to work to lose the excess weight and then work towards fitness. Yay me.

I'm starting at roughly 125 pounds at 5'4. I don't care what weight I am in the future, as long as I am fit.

My main inspiration is basically everything about the Assassin's Creed franchise. Me= big fan. In addition to getting fit, I'm also trying to find out where I can learn to throw knifes. Just a random little tidbit.

Anyway... that's me, so hi? :)

Welcome!

Sweetie, 5'4", 125lbs is perfectly normal, not overweight in any way, but I applaud your desire to take control of your health while you're young.

If I were you, I'd focus on the bodyweight routines on the nerd fitness site until you know exactly what you'd like to achieve, fitness-wise. Feel free to ask lots of questions!

The old believe everything; the middle aged suspect everything: the young know everything.

Welcome And i second what mom said 124 is a good weight. What about working to gain strength-you might like your body better plus the stronger you are the farther you can throw knives.
