Hey guys, I'm new here (obviously!). I've tried a few diets here and there and different types of exercise, but on the weekend I went to a lifting coach and was introduced to the Starting Strength programme, and I love it! The coach also mentioned I should try out the Primal diet to supplement my training and shed excess weight (I weight about 105kg, 5'8), and I've been obsessed with it ever since! I've only been doing it for about a week now but I feel great and am actually interested in watching what I eat, which is new for me! The only real issue I have with the diet is that late at night I get mega sugar cravings, which I've managed to beat so far. Hopefully it gets easier over time. Other than that I just though I'd introduce myself and look forward to getting fit with the rest of you!
