Cresca Muccapello Posted April 5, 2012 Report Share Posted April 5, 2012 Hi everyone.I´m a 25year old austrian student.My journey to better myself started summer 2011 when I looked at myself and didn´t like what i saw.I was slow, weak and out of shape. Then I had to look after Frodo, our new family dog, and he blew me out of the water. After only 15 min. of walking I was out of breath.My consequences?Quit smoking.Start exercising.Since then I lost 8 kg and doubled my strength and endurance.Frodo is still a lot fitter than me, but I´m getting there. Cresca Muccapello Posted April 5, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 5, 2012 Well, I´m working on my push-ups to get the form down near perfect (I went from 25 bad form to 30-40 good form, depending on the day)I´m also trying to get a full bridge down and to get a handstand down.My next big goal is running a 10k in under 1 hour, which I´m very close (lacking about 10 minutes)My overall goal is to get my fitness up to the standards of my dad (military) and my brother (amateur climber), so somewhere in the middle of brute force and endurance.
