RAWR!!!!!!

I hit 100lbs on my deadlift this morning!!!!!!

I was pleased! I think I could have done more, but I forgot my gloves and my grip was slipping, as well Im doing my "two-a-day" challenge for UA What's Beautiful today, so I still have another weight training to get through, (Plus a cardio set, AND an hour of dance class)

yeah, Im a pleasantly pleased Pirate this morning!

This is SO FREAKIN AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Celebrate the power! Now kickass the rest of the day 'cause you know you can!

I AM going the distance

'Cause all I wanna do is go the distance. Nobody's ever gone the distance with Creed, and if I can go that distance, you see, and that bell rings and I'm still standin', I'm gonna know for the first time in my life, see, that I weren't just another bum from the neighborhood.

I must have had a huge endorphine rush from this.. my boss at work came in and looked at me and said "oh. um you're like 'scary happy' this morning. You look like you're up to no good, and its kinda freakin' me out..."

Yar-har-har-har!

Awesome job!

That calls for a dumb pirate joke, which I just made up right now.

What's a pirate's least favorite form of exercise?

Arrrrrr-dio....
