mandy75 Posted May 17, 2012 Report Share Posted May 17, 2012 for the last couple of weeks, I have had some weird aversion to food. I don't know what was wrong, but I was barely eating once a day and didn't want what ever I was eating, but knew I had to get something in me. I was still working out pretty hard, had plenty of energy, just didn't want to eat. Today, I have finally eaten food. I had a protein bar, paleo pancakes( egg, banana, almond butter) with a tiny drizzle of agave, 2 out of 16 pieces of egg monster, and dinner will be hamburger steaks, mushrooms and roasted asparagus. I might even get a little crazy and make some chocolate covered bacon tonight. I know I'll go through the same phases and be lucky if I eat once a day.
