Emcognito Posted June 21, 2012 Report Share Posted June 21, 2012 It was hot and really humid. There was an epic lightening storm at mile 9 (while we were walking through a river). People were dropping like flies. But my group and I all finished and lived to drink about it.For anyone that's thinking about trying it, do it. It was tough, but it was a lot of fun and the teamwork was inspiring to be around. Everyone was helpful and nice and the obstacles really were a challenge.(I'm going to do a little more hill work before my next one though, lol. Running up and down sand dunes was rough.) "Nope.
