Between 5th June and 25th June,2" from my belly2" from my bust0.5" from my upper arms1.25" from my hips/ass0.5" from my calvesTotal = 6.25" total inches lost in freakin' 20 days!!Also, yesterday at lunch I got my first "You've lost weight" compliment!It's a small woot, and only a stepping stone to ever greater successes. But I wanted to acknowledge it nonetheless.These things are achieved by a combination of primal-ish diet, and rebel fitness guide. Thank you Steve!! It got really discouraging, eventually something 'clicked' and I dropped 5kgs almost overnight. Keep doing what you are doing- you'll get there!
