Amazon Grimm Posted July 3, 2012 Report Share Posted July 3, 2012 How important is it for me to perform all of my workouts in one long run?I'm having trouble working out on workdays, and I am trying to figure out it the Angry birds workout might be a good idea. Gainsdalf the Whey Posted July 3, 2012 Report Share Posted July 3, 2012 When I was doing angry birds, I would often split the workout up into doing one exercise in the morning, then another later, as I had time. Once I got really comfortable with the moements, then i started chaining them together. I've done it on and off since then when workout equipment isn't available.
