Yesterday. Having a bad day. Was upset and needed to work out some frustrations. Went to the gym (because even when i'm sad and angry i dont skip my workouts) and did my routine. but i was feeling extra hulky and decided to add weight to everything. I broke my pr's in my lifts that day. Squats went up 20lbs, Push Presses went up 10lbs. Did 8 more pullups than normal. I felt awesome. but i am way sore today. holy crap.
