KellyElizabeth Posted July 13, 2012 Report Share Posted July 13, 2012 So when I was a little girl, about five years old, my Grandpa took me into his lap and told me "Baby girl, I'm going to tell you something and it's very important, remember this, men don't make passes at girls with flat asses." kissed me on the forehead and that was it. Yes this is a true story.I have no idea if this is the truth but it's always made me laugh.I do have a butt. And I need some work out ideas to help strengthen my glutes! My team did 200 every day after practice, and the stabilization required to keep your to keep your torso from going like Wacky Arm-Waving Inflatable Tube Man works surprisingly well. Never think of pain or danger or enemies a moment longer than is necessary to fight them. -Ayn Rand Amongst those less skilled you can see all this energy escaping through contorted faces, gritted teeth and tight shoulders that consume huge amounts of effort but contribute nothing to achieving the task.
