illc
Hey All, This weekend I completed a 100km trail hike with a team of 4, raising funds and awareness for the NGO Oxfam: http://www.oxfam.ca/trailwalker/oxfam-trailwalker-canada-2012 . 29 of 77 teams completed the event with all members, we placed 18th out of those with a time of 36:08. Particular shout outs to my cousin Charles who fought hard not to quit despite pain and nausea through the whole second half. This was a massive show of perseverance and commitment to team by all 4 members. The lesson in "never-say-die" is definitely going to carry over into my training for a long time ... once I can walk normally again, that is (; illcDimension hopping Ranger-Cartographer, level 2STR: 6 DEX: 2 STA: 5 CON: 6 WIS: 5 CHA: 2Training LogOf Goats and Rucks Challenge (June -July 2013)~Take care.
