Leveling up...

Honestly, I'm really confused about the leveling up thing. How do you decide how much something is worth, and how do you know you leveled up? Since I've decided I'd get fit, I've been working on fixing my diet (more fruits, more veggies, more protein, and trying so hard to lower my sodium and unnecessary crapcrap), and I've been doing wall pushups, air squats, and crunches after doing jumping jacks. I'm just wondering how to decide what is worth what...

So if anyone could help me out with that, I would really appreciate it.

With the leveling up thing, you "level up" by getting better at something. As for working out what is worth what, I am guessing you mean the stats that you see in everyone's signature, they are related to the 6-week challenges, and more infor can be found here
