Though I wouldn't mind skipping the bread and just eating the filling which is more or less primal (the worcestershire sauce isn't but heck I'd eat it anyway). I will definitely make this in the future, suggest slicing up steak before inserting in sandwhich though. Creatine in the red meat. No need to bother with useless sides (pickles don't really count, pickles are pretty much a calorie-free food).
