WORKOUT SONGS!

Mgn

Recommended Posts

For me, most things by Turisas. I have a playlist on my phone that I use that has a lot of songs; those I tend to use for running. But at the gym I prefer to use my mp3 player which doesn't have a playlist on it so I tend to just stick Turisas on.

If a strong beat gets you going check out some DragonForce- I have a couple on my list that push me through some slow bits at 400 bpm.

Also, I'm kinda hooked on Nightcore, partly because of the increased bpm of the songs and partly because the higher pitched voices remind me of chipmunks on crack and it makes me giggle every time.

I'm new to Nerd Fitness and I have been getting up at 5:45am alternate mornings to complete the Beginner Bodyweight Workout. I do not think I could do this without good workout tunes! What I have been doing is selecting music video playlists on YouTube and playing them on my TV using Chromecast. The best playlist I found this week was a Best of Robyn which was pretty awesome!

For workouts I always kick off with 'The Touch', and always follow it with Kanye West's 'The Power', after that, it's whatever comes up.

I have taken all knowledge to be my province.

"To say that nothing is true, is to realize that the foundations of society are fragile, and that we must be the shepherds of our own civilization. To say that everything is permitted, is to understand that we are the architects of our actions, and that we must live with their consequences, whether glorious or tragic."
