guest439437484421
I seem to have a somewhat... unique... issue with shoulder dislocations. My arms are so long and my shoulders are inflexable to the point that a normal broom stick is not wide enough for me to do the dislocations properly. Luckily at the gym they have a shovel handle (minus the shovel head) that's just barely wide enough for me to do them.Has anyone else ran into this issue? Relic
Yep! When I used to do them I used a rope I had laying around. My shoulders were so inflexible that the rope touched my head as it passed over. To find piece with myselfI must first find a piece of myself Link to comment

realworldmth
I dislocated my shoulder playing hockey years ago and just dislocated it recently doing jiu jitsu. After I healed, I started using weights to strengthen the shouler and rotator cuff. That worked for me. I used to do high reps (10-15) but now I do 3 sets of 6-8 reps. That seems to help me better Free: The Report Your Boss DOESN'T Want You to Read Link to comment
Blueberries
I had similar shoulder mobility issues when I started out, and over time I've gradually been working my grip inward. It's taken time, but it's really made a huge difference to just keep at it.
