Hey guys. Check out the above site, the 'Wod-Shop' for all types of workouts. It is mainly crossfit based but also has weight lifting / strength, rowing, bodyweight and kettlebells.

 

I use it almost daily and love it.

 

Hope some of you find it useful.

ya, reps

so 5 reps, increase the weight, 5 reps, increase again, 3 reps,...

so you start pretty heavy and each set you get more weight on the bar. (working up to a heavy single)

this WOD shop has made some nice improvements since I looked at it last.
