It was a crossfit total workout day (1RM for OHP, Squat, and DL) Squat - 345lbs (30lbs PR) OHP - 155lbs (10lbs PR) DL - 495lbs!!! (20lbs PR) Total - 995lbs Oh and hey video. Sept 2011 - I remember seeing spots at 185lbs Sept 2012 - I hit a PR of 395 at the Boston Meetup/lift off. Couldn't budge 405 Oct 2012 - I finally get over my mental block at 405 at hit 445. Early Jan 2013 - I hit 475 but fail at 495Feb 2013 - I finally hit 495 So let's count shall we. Since August 2011 I have added 360lbs to my DLSince the Sept 2012 Boston meetup I have added 100lbs to my DL. 5 months - 100lbs. Mind Blowing.....
