I'm the skinny kid from high school who kicked ass at long distance running, cardio was my strong point. Blessed with very long natural resting heart rate (under 40bpm) , and recovery rate i was quite happy with my fitness even though i wasn't very big. Fast froward 9 years later, Im still just as small, but no where near at the level of fitness i was in High school. I visited the gym for about 4 months last year with some friends. Sadly the truth was I had no idea what i was doing. I found NF a few months back and the Blog really hit home. So now here i am, ready to reclaim my fitness and gain a little (alright a lot) of weight. Time to level up my life. Link to comment
