This was me 10 weeks ago

This was me today

Slow and steady. In those 10 weeks I've ran 10 miles and gone from 2 15lb dumbells for deadlifts and ohp to 2 30lbs and will probably be increasing that again soon. I've bought a bikini and had to trade it in for the smaller size. I've stopped eating most processed carbs and sugars and have been keeping a mainly paleo + dairy diet and stopped counting calories. I've got a 5% raise. I've got built in bookshelves that are awesome and smell fantastic. I'm going to start training for a marathon, and I have a goal to double my ohp and deadlift.

 

Definitely working on that whole awesome thing.
