Tinessael Posted June 1, 2013 Report Share Posted June 1, 2013 So I was doing my groceries today in order to start tomorrow with eating healthy again after two weeks of working in a distant hospital with no real shopping opportunities and... well I mostly ate bread there. And pasta. And chocolate. And all the stuff I actually wanted to give up. Anyway, I've been searching for real bacon for ages here, but everything was with nitrates, and they are one of the few things I really want to stay away from. And now i was in a bio-supermarket (actually searching for tofu) and found all-natural bacon without any nitrates. it does have a little of brown sugar, but no nitrates! Really happy! it is expensive , but oh well. ( 3,50 euros for a package). YAY!
