vostastic Posted June 5, 2013 Report Share Posted June 5, 2013 I've had a crunching in my knee for about a year. A few months ago it became painful. A little over a month ago I joined my gym and started working out with my trainer about 3 weeks ago. Today I finally saw the doc, and he gave me the green light to keep going with my trainer. I was so scared he was going to say to stop or take it easier. All I have to do is work on building up the muscles around my knee (especially my quads) and my core. I made the mistake of telling Lucie, my trainer, what the doctor said. Now it's all squats all the time. Doing burpees? Oh, let's throw in a squat. But it's all good!
