TheMightyMinotaur Posted July 5, 2013 Report Share Posted July 5, 2013 After three full months of dieting and a few weeks of forcing myself to work out regularly, I'm down a size all the way around. When I started all of this I wore XXL T-shirts, XXL-XXXL Button up shirts, and 42 inch waist pants. Most of the time, my clothes fit poorly and when I started I was seriously considering bumping myself up a size. Today I fit comfortably into an XL button up and 40 inch waist pants. I've always been bigger and I can now wear clothes I haven't worn since I was in middle school.
