NerdFitness has rekindled the flick of a flamethat was my passion for fitness; thus, I decided to join this great community! I'm currently 19 years old with a height of 5'11".I've been obsessively reading the scale, which states that I am 226.2 lbs.I consider myself a warrior and aim to better myself as such. My main goals are to reverse my defeatist mentalityand work to be comfortable in my own skin! Steps towards this would be to strength train more often,keep on running, and adapt slowly into the Paleo diet(although there are some things I refuse to give up). I was on my way, as I've been routining withfree weights, dead lifts, benching, etc. for 2 months back at college,but decided to become sedentary for a month when I went home for vacation... Which leads me to my majors, which are Photography and Graphic Design.So that's a thing. For now, I've been running everyday for as long as 2-3 miles throughout summer vacation,which isn't terrible, but I do also wish to improve my speed and endurance,so I can properly live through a 5K. Aside from that, I do have nerd behaviors!I am thoroughly addicted to DDR, I love any sorts of novels (mainly classics).I used to be an avid a gamer, which I also wish to get back into...so if anyone wants to help me out with great new games or classics, that'd be great, too!
