The GREAT news is that I got bloodwork done and the results were AMAZING! Six months ago when I had bloodwork done my doctor told me that I was borderline diabetic and my triglycerides were so I that I was going to have to start taking cholesterol medication if I didn't lower it. My results today versus six months ago:Sugar- 5.1, 100 = Normal rangeCholesterol- 139, down from 211LDL- 71, down from 116Triglycerides- 67, down from 215 I have been floating on a cloud since I got this message this morning!
