girljen
I have a six-year-old daughter named Liz. She weighs 60lbs. (she's 49" tall, too...I did not get the portable model!) Her dad likes to pick her up and do bicep curls with her, using her as a barbell. He calls them Liz Ups. Today, I finally did a set of those...and then I did him one better and busted out some LIZ SQUATS! I squatted 60 squirmy pounds of kid. I only did one set of three, but I did it! As a bonus, Liz now thinks I'm as strong as Dad even though I'm smaller. I'll let her keep thinking that until I get to the point where I actually am as strong as Dad. Then I'll get even stronger. Can't wait until Wednesday so I can do MOAR SQUATS. Quote Filled with DETERMINATIONhttps://www.nerdfitness.com/character/64217 Link to comment
Huntress
Oh my goodness, this is adorable. And super awesome. Hey, you put a lot into having kids, you may as well get a free gym membership out of them you know? Good luck in your quest to get stronger, sounds like you're doing great.
