Wingfoot
I don't know how it happened! It was supposed to be my six-week challenge! But I needed to figure out my baseline, so I went to see how long I could run without stopping. I figured half a mile or something, and then I'd make my training chart based on whatever I did today. BUT THEN I RAN A MILE WITHOUT STOPPING! This has never happened in my whole life. Omigosh. Who am I??? Excuse me while I go call everyone I ever met. And then set a new 6-week goal. Angie4b1g
Woo hoo! That's great! Took me weeks to work up to a mile! Quote -- I have no idea what's going on here. --RRCA Certified Running Coach / NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer Link to comment
Katinka
If you can already run a mile, you can probably complete the 10-week couch-to-5k program by the end of the six week challenge, just start a few weeks in! Congratulations! Quote Link to comment
JessFit
That is super exciting! I can hardly run a couple blocks, I'm much more of a sprinter, but I'm working on that too and I admire that you managed it just like that!
