My major is in dietetics and nutritional science (had to stop two years in due to financial issues) and I'm also studying to get my yoga teaching certification. My current base of station is in California. I spend 8 hours a day studying Mandarin Chinese and am lucky if I have more than an hour to work out afterwards. When I do have time, I spend it on the track (typically I run 8-10 miles a week) or on the yoga mat. I used to lift but lost the motivation when I quit working at a gym a couple years back. I plan on starting back into that because it's an integral part of boosting ones's metabolism.. glad to find some motivation here! Quote Link to comment
