Well, where to begin? My major is in dietetics and nutritional science (had to stop two years in due to financial issues) and I'm also studying to get my yoga teaching certification. My current base of station is in California. I spend 8 hours a day studying Mandarin Chinese and am lucky if I have more than an hour to work out afterwards. When I do have time, I spend it on the track (typically I run 8-10 miles a week) or on the yoga mat. I used to lift but lost the motivation when I quit working at a gym a couple years back. I plan on starting back into that because it's an integral part of boosting ones's metabolism.. glad to find some motivation here!

Well, the official challenges have specific dates, but there's no rule that says you can't start your own personal challenge for yourself. If you are feeling a bit lost in the forums, check the newcomers' section. Learn about the stuff we have available, and don't be afraid to ask questions.
