Just saying hi.

 

I've only recently found this amazing community, and I'm excited about the opening of the academy.

 

I've started to work out (walking, running) in September, after a 20 year stop, and I'm ready to start doing more.

 

I'm not a lot overweight, being 1,7 m high and weighting 73 kg, but i do need to loose a few kilos (or pounds :-) ), and mostly I need to build stamina.

 

Ok, introductions done, I'm off to read the resources and defining my work out plan.

 

Any suggestions on stamina building??

For building stamina, the walking running that you do will help a lot. I am on my second run-through of couch to 5k and my endurance/stamina has increased greatly. That's just what I have done, I'm sure there are many other good suggestions throughout the forums! Use whatever works best for you!
