Some of you may remember that I started out with a "php" (personal health program;) some time ago, a little personal plan to get back into shape. And it worked out like a charm.Losing around 15.5kg/34.1lbs in 85 days ...well I consider it a huge success. But afterwards came the stabilization period, after a certain while I got back to my old habits and this morning, jan 1, I stood on that scale and had myself this little "woot" moment, but not really in a positive way: Half of what I lost is regained after a few months. You can see it as a glass half full, or half empty I guess. I'd like to see it that I'm getting back into gear just in time right now, while the progress of last year is not completely lost.
