momoxstarx Posted January 3, 2014 Report Share Posted January 3, 2014 Since running the half marathon on Dec 8, I went back to doing strong lifts 5x5. Last night I completed 5x5 squats at 195lbs. Which I was struggling with 185lbs when I was coming back from run training. It was hard work. I was grunting and yelling at myself at the gym.people giving me stares. Oh well! I'm out of my plateau on deadlifts. I wasn't able to do 5 reps at 215lbs. but I did it last night! Whoop Whoop! Onward bigger weights.. 200 and 225.
