I have a diet, I eat 6 times a day every 2 hours or so.Eating lots of rice, chicken, broccoli, ... fruits, vegatables. I was in gym on the "measuring / thing / machine" Here is my weight, height, BMR, calories per day, ... : http://minus.com/i/iyW72osA6694 === I hate gym basically.I like own body weight workouts and kettlebells. Nonetheless ... anything I do, eat, workout, I am still skinny ... type of "you can see my bones, knees, elbows, ribs" type I want to be stronger because: * be healthy* be safe when existing * be pain free* have kids and be there for them* look better (for my wife) Not to be a oiled greasy sweaty buffed jerk in gym looking in mirror === I have 2 problems: cannot drink MILK + cheese + yoghurt = real pain, no goodmy spine suck = 1st THREE and last THREE vertebras: http://www.ldoceonline.com/dictionary/vertebra ... are grown togetherI must be careful with excresices with neck and waist / hips parts.My spine gives my some huge pain sometimes. Those "3 bones times 2" are grown together ! Mmh, I'm no expert when it comes to dealing with spinal conditions, so I would recommend you see a doctor for advice. As for the other things, I suggest you head over to the training and nutrition forums. You'll find plenty of people ready and able to help you out. Good luck with your goals and keep us posted! Continue with the workouts. I don't know what weights you have for KBs, but get some heavy ones. As far as the spine, yeah. Talk to a dr about that. Welcome! Quote Level ?
