Two weeks in...

So I'm two weeks in (12 days to be precise), and I've never taken photos to track my progress before. I'm pretty thrilled that I can achieve this in such a short space of time. I've been following the paleo diet 80/20, no alcohol (a biggie for me), and swimming 3x a week. Cardio is improving and I can see a noticeable difference  :)


 


Yay motivation!

Pah! Who needs scales! Seeing the difference is a much better motivator then watching the scales go up and down.

I can definitely see a big difference! Seeing change like that really helps motivation :) Keep up the amazing work!
